Shipping & Delivery
1. What courier do you use for deliveries?
We usually use Blitz Delivery & DHL International Shipping.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping takes approximately 1-3 business days within Metro Manila, and 3-5 business days for provincial orders upon payment.
3. Do you do Same-Day Deliveries (SDD)?
Yes! You may choose the "For Pick Up" option upon check-out. Once you have confirmed your order & paid your balance, we will prepare your item immediately. As soon as it's ready, we will notify you that your order is ready for pick up together with the rest of the pick up details. You may then book a rider or courier to handle your pick up.
Please note that pick-ups are only from Monday-Friday 9:30AM to 4:30PM PHT (excluding holidays). Pick-ups scheduled prior or beyond this time frame will not be accommodated.
4. Do you ship worldwide 🌎 ?
Yes, we ship orders internationally from the Philippines via DHL International Shipping.

Each apparel varies in size. Kindly refer to the size chart provided in each of the product listings for reference. They are either on the product description or at the end of the photos.

Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as all sales are final.
We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request for an exchange to a bigger or smaller size available. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or send us a DM at @bondistudios . If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any exchange question at the aforementioned platforms.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and amend the situation. Kindly note that your item will only be eligible for an exchange for 14 days.
